Rajah is a spice brand that was founded back in 1931 when a former Indian army officer yearned for home-cooked food in London and realised there was a market for this. Rajah soon grew in stature and acceptability. From a household name amongst South Asian families to a firm favourite of Caribbean home cooks in the UK, today Rajah rules South Asian kitchens and hearts in the UK.

Since the target audience was British Asians and South Asians, from the older generations to the new generations, we created a website design that would not only display products but also be knowledgable and resourceful to prepare dishes if you were new to cooking.
The idea was to create a "Spice Diary" that provided all the information about the spices.
eg: If we take Chilli from the spice diary, we have chilli spoken in various Languages, a bit of its History, how it is Cultivated, how to Use and Storage tips and its Beneficial Effects. This information has been provided for every spice in the products category.
